I am a new agent wanting to start out, which membership should I choose?


trisTOM is a one-stop solution for all of your life insurance advisor needs. Regardless of your level of expereince, we can find the right plan to fit your need. The Aspiring Agent Access to member only videos, marketing material for point of sale, and industry updates on new products and riders. Updated monthly. One time fee of 39.99 gives you LIFETIME ACESS to the video content. For the agent who wants not only video content, but also a life insurance specific CRM to track clients and progress the sales process. Also, for the agent who wants 24/7 assistance on cases with a expert level of support. The Professional Agent Access to your personalized CRM with unlimited file space! Review videos, talk with experts, and learn how other members are using this system to close more life insurance cases. The largest value is the consultation you'll receive on any case that you may be working on. One case closed with the system will pay for the entire year's membership and then some! For the agent that is wanting a broker they can trust that will guide them to the right solution for their client. The Platinum Agent Access to all the above PLUS have the ability to write policies through trisTOM. Always stay up to date what is going on with a policy that is submitted. When and how can I cancel my membership?


To cancel your membership, log into your dashboard, go to profile (up in the top right corner), select CHANGE PLAN, and select the ASPIRING AGENT plan. As you are already a member and have already signed up, selecting The ASPIRING AGENT plan will cancel your membership and not charge your account. By cancelling your plan, you will still continue to have access to the videos (still updated monthly), at no cost to you.




When I sign up, how do I get started?


Any agent that does become a member of trisTOM will receive an email congratulating them on their membership and will be asked when they would be available to have a deep walkthrough of trisTOM. We will make sure that you are fully comfortable with the system and how it works.




I am an Aspiring Agent, how often are member videos added?


We strive to add AT LEAST one video per month for all of our paid memberships. The topics include soft skill training (communication skills, leadership skills, etc.) and technical training (whole life, universal life, fact finders, etc) all for your learning enjoyment. If you have requests on types of videos, we strive to add videos based on our member’s needs. Request a topic through our contact us page.




I saw you on YouTube and wanted to learn more. Can I speak with someone?

trisTOM does provide one-on-one video conference training. We have worked with hundreds of idependent advisors, P&C agents, and part time agents (real estate agents, tax advisors, etc.). These agents have received personalized training on areas that they believe needed a bit of sharpening. We have a massive library of content and can assist with topics such as a structured life sales process, prospecting, sales scripts, fact-finding meetings, and much more.
